In closing of my house purchase I just wanted to drop you a line in regards to the service I received through your company. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with 2 more qualified and personable individuals than Ann and yourself. Dear Ann and Ted;
We just wanted to say thank you for everything! You have both been so great to work with every step of the way in helping us find and purchase our new home.
When we first contacted you over two years ago we were not ready to buy a home but you took the time to show us homes and neighborhoods so we could get a feel for the area. We had contacted a few other agents via e-mail, but they all told us to “call when you are ready to buy”. Being from New York we were quite apprehensive about making a decision about where to buy, but you were so very helpful in providing all the information we needed. You were always available either by phone or e-mail.
We appreciate all the work you did for us in obtaining financing at such a great rate. It was pretty rough going for a few weeks but you made it happen!
